When destroying the bottom half of any tall plant, for 1-2 ticks, the top turns into a "Peony". This same thing happens with Peonies, you just don't notice it.

When destroying the top half of any tall plant, the break particles are incorrect (they are the sunflower).

I was able to get a screenshot of me breaking a tall grass, and a peony appearing.
