I see this bug a lot especially when I build! Sometimes when I place a block, it looks invisible and all you see are the black lines around the invisible block. It will sometimes fix the problem if you exit and join back into the world, but it sometimes makes a whole chunk of building blocks invisible. I have seen this happen in both minecraft snapshot 14w26c and 14w25b.
