Minecraft flickers on latest Intel drivers (?)

    • I am running Windows 8 on a Dell Inspiron 7537 with the latest Java version, Java 7 Update 60 (both 32 and 64-bit). The machine has 6GB of RAM, and 2GB has been allotted for Minecraft. The graphics card is an Intel 4th Gen i5-4200U.

      I've heard that this is a bug on the newest Intel drivers, but I'm uncertain.

      I have also tested this on Minecraft 1.0.0, Minecraft 1.7.2, Minecraft 1.7.4, and Minecraft 14w26c.
