You are able to place down a torch that is on top of another torch that is attached to the wall.
What I expected to happen was...:
The torch gets place on a wall
What actually happened was...:
The torch is on top of the other torch thats on the wall.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a 2 high wall.
2. Place a torch on the bottom block.
3. Place a torch on top of the torch you just placed
