When you place a torch on another torch, the placed torch floats in the air.

What I expected to happen was...:
No torch to be placed

What actually happened was...:
A torch was floating in mid air.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a torch on the side of a block
2. Remove all blocks around the setup.
3. Right click on the side of the torch
