I wanted to see my coordinates. I pressed F3 while looking at a locked repeater.

What I expected to happen was:
When I opened the debug screen while looking at the repeater, it should have said that the repeater is locked.

What actually happened was:
Instead, it said that the repeater is not locked

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lock a repeater with another repeater
2. Open the debug screen
3. Notice that it says that the repeater is not locked.
