So this ONLY applies to the snapshot's I posted and I really do not understand why. I make a world, I log in and everything loads fine, I can break blocks without lag. Everything works, however for some reason, everything from water, lava, thrown potions, mobs, snowballs, everything that has a tick speed is extremely slowed down. I did NOT mess with the tickspeed gamerule, however after trying everything else I did try to change that and it didn't fix the issue. Again, my personal fps and such is fine, it's something wrong with the game. And it only happens in those snapshots. Also a note, in the video I post, when I throw the splash potions, they act like I just dropped them, then it takes like 5 seconds to hear the glass breaking sound.
