Redstone Torch breaking on block with powered Redstone dust

      When I place a Redstone Torch on (the side of) a block with powered Redstone dust (or the torch is on the block and powered Redstone appears on it) the torch breaks and drops an item. This does not happen with unpowered Redstone.
