Placing a Torch on a Stair when there is a solid block directly diagonal to it will cause a floating torch visual glitch. Breaking either of these blocks will break the torch.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a stair. (In the air, Orientation is irrelevant.)
2. Place a solid block directly diagonal to the stair.
3. Attempt to place the torch on the stair. You will notice that the torch does no attach to any block and will remain in the air until either the stair or the solid block is destroyed, In which the case the torch will break.
