A chunk will not load that is located in the center of multiple loaded chunks. This is a single player world. I have tried to change versions, use MC edit, close and reopen minecraft, use ect. Although this has worked for other chunks that haven't loaded, this one has became defaulted with the world in a sense. It behaves the exact same as a chunk with the exception of it not updating.
