Chunks do not appear to be loading properly, at least the blocks are not visible - see attached. At first I suspected that my custom world settings might be the issue, but even with completely normal world settings I'm getting the same problem.

If I exit the world and return to it, the chunks load correctly, but the issue persists as I travel around. Have not had this issue before this update.

No mods loaded on my machine.
