I can join multiplayer servers fine.
Once I get into the server I start to attempt to load chunks, I will load 4 adjacent chunks, if I stand still I will be timed out. If I start flying around I may load more chunks but this will cause me to have a 30 second delay and eventually time out again.

This is not server sided as other people are able to play on the server without having the problem.

If I type in chat I can not see what I type for ~20 seconds yet others can see it instantly. After a while I will disconnect via "timed out".

I don't have any mods on my client and I have tried deleting my .minecraft and even restoring my computer.

Then screen shots (In order) show what happens after I log into a server. The "Time out" is usually after 20-30 seconds.
