Placing a ladder on the top side of a block that is next to an increase in the Y coordinate (e.g. where a wall meets a floor) crashes the game.

Placing a ladder on the block selected crashes the game. Placing a ladder on top of the block one block closer to the player doesn't do anything (per normal behavior), but doesn't crash the game.
