Not sure why I won't let me say that this bug is in the 14w25a snapshot but whatever I'll just report it here.
So in the 14w25a snapshot there are a few bugs with repeaters. First off (this is a bug), whenever you place down a repeater the game places it backwards (so it is facing into the player rather than away from the player). Secondly (this is a visual glitch), whenever a signal hits the repeater the repeater visually shows that it is on only 1 tick (when in reality it still functions as if it is on however many ticks you set it for). When the signal goes away it reverts to showing the correct number of ticks you had it set for. This occurs if the repeater is set to 1, 2, 3, or 4 ticks.
