I am really clueless as to how this happened.

My little sister was playing on a world and I was showing her item frames. When I placed the frame it had a black texture. When I put a block in the frame, it looked normal.

I placed the frame in her base, which was underground under a hill. At first, I thought it was a lighting error that caused it to have a 'in a dark area' texture, but I was wrong.

I went to the surface and placed a frame. It looked fine. No problems. I tried many tests, but it didn't turn black.
