Whenever you place chiseled quartz block in the world, it places normal quartz instead. Pillar Quartz blocks works as intended though.

Steps to reproduce the bug :

1) Get yourself some normal quartz blocks and chiseled quartz blocks.
2) Place these blocks in the world.
3) Press F3 and look at the blocks. As you can see in the top right corner, the blocks are the same : minecraft:quartz_block/0
