Unconfirmed
After changing the delay (or ticks) with a repeater, whenever it is powered it will appear to be at a one tick delay. It does not affect the function of the repeater, only the appearance.
What I expected was that the repeater would light up in the graphical state it is when unpowered, but showed the powered texture for a repeater set to 1 tick.
Reproducing this bug is quite easy
1. Make sure you are in 14w25a. It doesn't affect previous snapshots
2. Place a repeater down and set it to 2, 3, or 4 ticks
3. Place a power source behind the repeater, whether it be a redstone torch, redstone block, lever, etc.
4. Upon being powered, the repeater will appear to be at one tick.
