      if you put a redstonetorch on a redstone block and breaks the block the redstonetorch will still be there

      Redstonetorch breaking

      Redstonetorch not breaking
      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Put redstoneblock
      2. Put redstonetorch on A SIDE (Not top)
      3. Destroy redstoneblock
