I started a new world and have seen it happen to others is the water top turns into the texture of stone

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ... open a new world and move a little
3. ... go above water and load some chunks thats bascually everything i did try opening maps near water
