After 10 digets on the levels it glitches.

What I expected to happen was another digit should show up.
What happened was the xp bar dissapers then the levels change next try time then it goes back to less levels.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open minecraft.
2. open a cheats world.
3. type in '/xp 999999999l bomber43000'.
4. repeat step No.3 to repeat bug.
