WitherSkulls with custom names can not be hidden

      When you add a custom name to a witherskull, but set the CustomNameVisible tag to 0, the name is still visible.

      Command used in picture: 

      /summon WitherSkull ~ ~ ~ {direction:[],CustomName:"Test Skull",CustomNameVisible:0}
