I applied night vision with

What I expected:

• I expected to see through water clearly from underwater and out of water

What Really Happened:

• I could see clearly above water, but underwater... sort of like a blue blindness effect... I couldn't see anything... although it was bright.

If I can see the bottom of the ocean from the top I should be able to see the bottom of the ocean from inside the ocean.
