Not very long ago, I started a bukkit server. I already have two vanilla minecraft servers. I installed some plugins and nothing happened, I was building spawn one day and it kicked me and said: Internal Exception: java.IOEcxeption: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. I was kind of upset I was having problems, but I did not think it was a very big deal, so i logged back on and it was laggy and then it kicked me. I brought it to my friends attention so maybe he could help me, we were both on the server, but the lag was insane so for him, it seemed as if I was not even on the server. It was not working at all. So I decided that maybe a plugin I had downloaded had messed it up. I then deleted all of my plugins and tried again, same problem. I then restarted my computer, but I still had the same problem. I then re made a new bukkit server. But I still had the same problem and it wasn't working at all! Please help.
Important things that may have caused the problem (in order of suspicion):
1. Most important: I was looking up ways to get 24/7 hosting for minecraft but I couldn't find a free one so I decided to leave my computer running, this problem occured after an hour of the server being idle
2. I changed my ip from numbers to letters using noip.com
3. I was attempting to reduce lag earlier that day
