The Beacon is darkened while in hand and while held in a GUI, not while placed, and Not the beam

What I expected to happen was...
The Beacon would be at the normal light level.

What Actually Happened was...
It (The Beacon) would appear darker while held in hand and in GUI (Including the glass case and blue core, possibly obsidian stand but hard to tell.)

Steps to Reproduce
1. Load/Create a world (Creative recommended for testing)
2. Craft/Select a beacon and inspect texture
3. Compare to earlier versions
