      How to reproduce

      1. Create a Redstone Ready superflat world.
      2. Put the weather on rain (/weather rain).
      3. You won't see rain because you are in a desert.
      4. Run 
        /tp ~ ~ ~1000
      5. Respawn.
        → You'll briefly see the rain
