when a enderman teleports in the overworld it does not spawn an endermite and when it does spawn endermen dont attack it.

*What I expected to happen was for the endermen to attack the endermite and that it would look right

*What actually happened was the endermen just stood there and the endermite wouldn't move or take damage. like it didn't even exist.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. i spawned the endermite it didn't look right.
2. the endermen would spawn them but wont attack them
