What I expected to happen was...:
For the Mobs to spawn on Hard difficulty.

What actually happened was...:
My In-Game difficulty is set to hard and the Mobs around me at night are not spawning, they spawn but it's like it's on peaceful they spawn and disappear straight after. Can spawn them in with Eggs and Mob-Spawners work fine
