I have Managed to find out that other people have been experience this problem, However I still have not manage to find a solution.

This problem occurs on 1.7.2 but there is not an option for that.
The problem occurs when trying to connect to certain Minecraft servers.
The server is show as up,(Also know by the ping), But when connecting, it takes a unusual amount of time to 'Log In' after about 1 and a half minutes it shows the error:

"Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutexception"
I have tried many different things, but still, the problem has occurred for about 5 Hours.
Also, some servers can be connected to without the error occurring.
