With water world custom generation, the bonus chest does not spawn / spawns in an unreachable location. That preset is completly impossible whitout the wood/tools from bonus chest.

Possibly solution is to place the chest on the players spawn point on custom world generation, so its can't get lost in hardcore enviroments.

Edit: bug, bonus chest does not spawns at least in water world preset.
