If i have a ressourcepack and I place redstone, the redstone don't place well (It place toward east) and when i put off my ressourcepack, the bug disappear .

Place the redstone well
The redstone pointed toward east

It's a beug with ressourcepacks
The ressourcepack always place in the same orientation

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put a ressourcepack in minecraft and use it
2.Place a line of redstone
3.And i will place bad
