I am building on a Hunger Games miniplay with the new worldborder command from Snapshot 14w18a... The field to play is limited by the worldborder, set to 1000 blocks. As I went to nether, I saw that the worldborder is actually 8 times smaller as at the overworld and the nether fort I was going to include in the field is actually only visitable by changing the worldborder to 4000 blocks, which is WAY to much for the overworld.

THIS IS NO REAL BUG. BUT PLEASE FIX THIS.

      So my proposals are:
      1. To change the worldborder in the nether and end to be as wide as at the overworld. Please make this happen Mojang.
      2. To set different worldborders for different dimensions.

What I expected to happen was...:
Seeing a worlborder with same size in the nether as at the overworld

      What actually happened was...:
Seeing a worldborder that is 8 times smaller than at the overworld.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Make a worldborder
      2. Go to nether
      3. worldborder gets rediculous small.

      Excuse my english, I'm dumb.
