When hurting something with an arrow it doesn't register points in the scoreboard for stat.damageDealt.

Recreate:
create a scoreboard like "scoreboard objectives add h stat.damageDealt"
"scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar h"
shoot a bow on an entity with hp and see it not increment in score.
