Endermen do not become hostile towards Endermite in the latest 14w17a snapshot.

Before this latest snapshot, Endermen were hostile towards Endermite when players were out of range. This made experience farms in the End Realm quite efficient and relatively simple to make. In making an experience farm in this snapshot, we discovered that the Endermen no longer notice the endermite. We are uncertain if this is due to the model change of the Endermite or perhaps Mojang was intending for this behavior. However, this change was not listed anywhere on the official change listings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use creative
2. Spawn endermen
3. Spawn endermite
4. Watch as nothing happens
