If you place a falling block such as sand or gravel on a block with the world-border effect on it (i.e. at the borders), it drops the respective item and destroys the block instead of making the block fall down to ground.
Also happens when placing it outside of the world borders.
Does not happen with regular blocks or falling blocks directly placed on ground or falling blocks placed inside a world-bordered region.
