When a redstone torch is powered and aimed at with the game's crosshairs, the hitbox visually "dances" back and forth. When the torch is burnt out, the hitbox stays in place like it should and has in previous versions. I don't know if this glitch exists in earlier versions or not.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a redstone torch.
2. Put your crosshairs over it.
3. Watch the hitbox "dance" back and forth.
