Basically, if I shoot an arrow, it appears to just drop to the ground, however, it still continues on to its target. Similar effect in dispensers, except the arrow teleported back a block after landing

I expected the arrow to fly to its target
I thought it would hit its target as normal and I could go on my merry way.

The rendering of the arrow glitched and while it still hit its target it did not render the arrow flying through the air.
The phantom arrow remained on the ground until the actual arrow hit its target.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fire an arrow in 14w11b.
2. Watch the wierdness
