When I teleport to any x and z axis in the corner of the block and not with decimal of .5, but the decimals of .0000 and continuing, facing the North to West section of my view I can't see the black selection outline of blocks, I can't place/pick/break any blocks at all. So an example tp to 0.0, 61.0, 0.0 in a flat custom world (on which I found the issue), facing the north-west corner I can't do anything block-related unless I move from the exact world's centre, this also applies for 1.0, 61.0, 0.0, and every other co-ordinate.
What I expected to happen was...:
I can select, pick, break and place blocks on the north west section of my view.
What actually happened was...:
I can't select, pick, break and place blocks on the north west section of my view.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. /tp 0.0 61.0 0.0
2. look at north to west corner anywhere.
3. Try break/place/select blocks in that section.
