The Bug:
The effect amplifier for potions grants effects with an additional level.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Give yourself the absorption effect with an amplifier of "1" by using the command provided below.
/effect give @s minecraft:absorption 100 1
- Open up your inventory and observe the potion effect's amplifier.
- Take note as to whether or not the effect amplifier for potions grants effects with an additional level.
Observed Behavior:
The effect amplifier grants effects with an additional level.
Expected Behavior:
The effect amplifier would not grant effects with an additional level.
