Skeletons and zombies don't burn in minecarts

      Place rails and on a rail minecart and put the skeleton next to minecart,push minecart to skeleton hop in.He will not burn.
      Also when you destroy the minecart,half of skeleton will be in the ground and he still not burn.
      This is the same with zombie.
