Confirmed
Affects all versions 1.5.2-14w11b (did not test in 1.5.1)
A 'hopper' inputting into a chest will stop item flow into the chest when receiving items from two or more inputs( outer 3 hoppers in the attached images) until either:
a) 'hopper' receives items from only one input(i.e. from only one hopper)
b) 'hopper' stops receiving items from all inputs(i.e. the 3 outer hoppers don't have any items)
c) 'hopper' reaches its maximum item capacity (x64 in each slot or 1 non-stackable item in each of the hoppers 5 slots)
