unenchanted fishing rod cathing almost 100% treasure

      at the moment unenchanted fishing rods are catching almost 100% treasure compared to luck of the sea 3 bows wheich is almost 100% fish

      i expected that it would be the other way around

      this can be easily shown by fihsing with an unenchanted rod on a smp server either normally or using a farm
