Put the summary of the bug you're having here

If i put an item frame on a chest i should be able to open it from up front, just by aiming at the top side of the chest, where the items frames hitbox shouldn't be.

When i click on the top side of the chest it won't open, it will just spin the item inside the item frame.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put down a chest.
2. Put and item frame on it.
3, Try to open it now.
