An Item Frame's hit-box is larger than it really is. In my game, I have a storage room filled with double chests with the side face of the chest facing outwards with an item frame on it. I cannot access the chest like I used to be because the hit-box is too big. In the debug menu when you press F3-B, it shows the hit-box to be the correct size, but it doesn't let you access what's behind it.
