I have a redstone contraption wherein there are three hoppers stacked on top of each other. There's more to it, obviously, but we're focusing on the hoppers here. There's a torch that locks the second and bottom hopper so that the bottom hopper does not take items from the second one. The problem here is I have a reset circuit that'll fire off a two tick pulse to disable the redstone torch briefly. Usually, it'll work perfectly and only release one item from the second hopper into the bottom, but, occasionally, on world or server restart, it'll release two(then I have to break the bottom hopper and replace it). The timings for the hoppers are bugged as they changed between being placed and between being loaded.
