I have a pickaxe made in the snapshots that is un repairable, whenever i put it into the anvil it says un repairable, i have had this issue before with a bow, also in the 1.8 snapshots, the enchantments on the bow and pick are completely vanilla and are obtainable in legit survival, the attached screenshot should help.
