Skulls do not display properly

      Take a look at the pictures.. The command used was "/give @a minecraft:skull 1 3

      {SkullOwner:PlayerName}

      ". I also tried "/give @a minecraft:skull 1 3

      {SkullOwner:MHF_Witch}

      " with the same results.
