When you have a beacon in your hand, the beacon doesn't light correctly, often the core of it is a lot darker than usual when looking slightly up towards the sky as seen in the first image. when looking directly downwards, the beacon core becomes very light, but the glass around it is way darker as seen in the secound image.

this is also takes effekt with block light and even in complete darkness as seen in the few last images
