Redstone Torch with a damage value of 4 looks funky in player inventory and in the player's hand.
I had some leftover in my inventory after the new snapshot came. Only seems to happen on summoning.
/summon Item ~ ~ ~ {id: Item,Item: {id: redstone_torch,Count: 1,Damage: 4}}
