Minecraft_server_1.7.5.exe The GUI will show, and all logs are put in the text document, but the GUI itself wont show any commands, messages, errors, etc. when running the minecraft_server.1.7.5.jar file the GUI shows up and shows all logs, commands, errors, etc.

Minor suggestion - add a Minecraft server to the "Project" dropdown for future possible issues.
