I keep on getting lighting glitches in my game and my fist keeps flickering black.
and when I install the mod to fix it it makes items buggy,such as doors,blocks etc,the newest version of Forge I think is in beta,so could you guys help?

My Java version is "Update 51" is that the right one,that is required for Minecraft?
